Words of Comfort and Assurance from the Holy Bible

Friends, it has been a long time since I posted on my little blog. In these days when so many of us are feeling troubled, fearful and uncertain there is someone we can always count on to see us through. I feel led to share the following words written by the Apostle Paul and found in the Holy Bible. It is my hope that you will find some comfort through the inspired Words of God the Heavenly Father. Let God be your Comforter, knowing that he is working in ways that only He can do. We are safe in His shadow. He is Almighty and All Powerful and He is working right now for our good! That is my belief and my conviction and I am assured that we will come through these uncertain times victorious and be confident will go forward with certainty in our futures. Blessed be His Holy Word.

My family and many of my friends know how much I adore French inspired creations and design. The flourish of the curly-cues and curves are so appealing. An image of the Eiffel Tower in any form sets my imagination into high gear. One of the best things about summer is the abundance of fresh fruit and vegetables. Farmer's markets and roadside stands boast baskets of all sorts of beautiful, tempting regional produce. Georgia is called the Peach State but the area where we live in South Carolina grows the most juicy, sweet and delicious peaches you could ever hope to eat. The month of July, particularly around Independence Day is when the best (in my opinion) are ripe and ready to be harvested and sold. In an earlier post, I told you a little about our trip to Biltmore House and Gardens in mid-March. Currently the Biltmore has an astonishing collection of costumes on display throughout the estate. Fashionable Romance Wedding Gowns in Film is truly a smashing event. Some of the films featured in this collection were nominated for prestigious film awards. Some were actually winners of the Academy Awards for Best Costuming. Being the old-fashioned soul and possessing a hopelessly romantic heart, I was totally smitten with this collection of spectacular costumes from romantic films!
